A campus transfer can be booked by someone other than the traveller: a PA or executive assistant, an office manager, a reception team or a colleague at the company being visited. The person who books and the person who travels do not need to be the same. You can book online or call 01223 944905.
Give the traveller’s own name and mobile number, separate from your own contact details, so the driver can reach the traveller on arrival. Where needed, we can keep both the traveller and the person who made the booking informed.
Include the arrival flight number. Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup time if it lands early or late, at no extra cost.

Every campus transfer is a pre-booked private hire journey with a professional driver, from the airport terminal to the building you are visiting, or from the campus back to the airport.
The fare is shown in full before you confirm, including the applicable standard airport pickup or drop-off charge, and is then fixed for the agreed journey. Traffic or a delayed flight does not change it.
At Heathrow and Gatwick, your driver meets you inside arrivals with a name board as part of the fare. At Stansted, Luton and London City, the fare includes a pickup at a designated point a short walk from the terminal, and meeting you inside arrivals is available on request.
