A meet and greet airport pickup means your driver comes into the terminal for you. They wait in Arrivals with a name board, help with your luggage and walk you to the car. From there it’s a direct, private journey to your address in Cambridge or the surrounding towns.
It makes the biggest difference when the walk to the car is the hard part: travelling with children, carrying heavy luggage, helping an older relative or arriving at an airport you don’t know. It also suits anyone who’d rather be met than find their own way after a long flight.
Every Fleeyo airport pickup is arranged in advance, with a private car and a professional driver for your journey. At most airports we normally use a convenient designated pickup area close to the terminal. It avoids unnecessary parking and waiting, which helps keep your journey comfortable, efficient and fairly priced.

A higher-specification car and a more complete arrivals experience. Executive is designed around a personal welcome inside Arrivals wherever the airport allows it, with your driver holding a name board and helping with your luggage to the car.
When the welcome is arranged with your Executive booking, the expected parking and access are included in your confirmed quotation, so a planned meet and greet isn’t charged again. Your meeting arrangements are confirmed before you travel.
At Terminals 2, 3 and 5, meeting you inside Arrivals is included in your fare, whichever car you choose. Your driver meets you with a name board and helps with your luggage to the car. If you’d rather go straight to the car, tell your driver and they’ll arrange it.
Terminal 4’s pickup arrangements changed in 2026, so your Terminal 4 meeting point is confirmed for your booking. Meeting you inside is available when it’s part of your booking.

Give us your flight number and where you’re flying from when you book, so we can identify the correct flight. Where arrival information is available, we plan your pickup around the time you actually land.
An ordinary delay we’re monitoring doesn’t increase your agreed fare. Your pickup includes a reasonable waiting period for landing, passport control and baggage reclaim.
Keep your phone on once you land. You and your driver keep in touch by phone or text, and if you’re held up for much longer, let your driver or us know so a revised pickup can be agreed.
Inside Arrivals with a name board, or at the designated pickup area, depending on the airport and your booking. Then it’s straight to the car and on to Cambridge.
At Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and 5 there’s nothing extra to arrange. Meeting you inside is part of the pickup.
