Fleeyo provides pre-booked airport transfer and private hire transport services.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

We are not responsible for problems, delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided at the time of booking.
A quote is based on the information provided at the time it is requested.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by us.
All fares shown and confirmed at the time of booking are fixed fares based on the journey details provided by the customer at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply only where:
Where reasonably possible, we will explain any additional charge before applying it.
Payment may be required in advance or at another time agreed at booking, depending on the booking and payment method offered.
Where payment is due before travel, we may treat the booking as unconfirmed or cancelled if payment is not received on time.
For airport pickups, flight monitoring is included where valid flight information is provided at the time of booking.
Airport pickups include a reasonable waiting period to allow for delays associated with landing, immigration, baggage collection and airport procedures. Passengers must remain contactable and follow the pickup instructions provided.
If a passenger cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to follow pickup instructions, or causes excessive additional waiting after airport formalities without a valid reason, additional waiting charges may apply and the booking may be treated as a no-show.
For non-airport pickups, a waiting period of up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time is generally allowed.
After that time, additional waiting charges may apply. If the passenger is unavailable or unreachable after reasonable attempts, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Any request relating to child seats, additional luggage or other special requirements should be made at the time of booking.
We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability unless expressly confirmed.
For safety and legal reasons, a driver may refuse or terminate a journey where a passenger:

We may reassign or subcontract a booking to another suitable licensed driver or operator where reasonably necessary to fulfil the service.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, airport disruption, security incidents or other force majeure events.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
If property is left in a vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will use reasonable efforts to help recover lost items but cannot guarantee recovery. We may charge a reasonable fee for returning lost property where delivery or significant administrative time is required.
