The Executive Car

Fleeyo has three vehicle classes: Comfort, Estate and Executive. Executive is the higher-specification class, chosen for the standard of the car rather than for extra space.

The models are examples of the class rather than a guarantee of a specific car. What you book is the Executive class: a higher-specification car, presented with care for an airport journey. If you’re carrying more luggage than this, Estate is the better choice. It has the most boot space of our three classes.

Longer Journeys to Heathrow or Gatwick

If you’re travelling to Heathrow or Gatwick, you’ll spend a substantial part of the journey on the road. Executive offers a more comfortable experience in a higher-specification car, whether you’re departing or returning home.

Coming home after a long flight

After a long-haul flight, the journey home should be straightforward. Executive gives you a comfortable car for the last stretch, and your pickup is arranged in advance, so you know how and where you’ll meet your driver. If you’d like a more personal welcome inside Arrivals, it can be arranged with your booking where the airport allows it.

Booking for an important guest

You might be arranging a visiting client’s pickup, a senior colleague’s journey or a parent’s flight home. Executive lets you choose a car that suits the person travelling. Give us their name and mobile number, and your driver keeps in touch with them directly.

We normally arrange a convenient pickup point close to the terminal and confirm exactly where to meet. A personal welcome inside Arrivals can be arranged where the airport allows it. When it’s arranged with your Executive booking, it’s included in your confirmed quotation.

Your flight is part of the plan

For a pickup, give your flight number and the airport you’re flying from. Where we have valid flight details and arrival information is available, we plan your pickup around the time you actually land.

Departures and returns

Your outward transfer and your return pickup are separate bookings, so you can choose Executive for either journey or both. Arrange the return whenever it suits you.

Questions worth asking before you choose Executive.

All three are private, pre-booked transfers for up to four passengers. Executive is the higher-specification car. Estate offers the most room for luggage, while Executive has the same listed allowance as Comfort: two large suitcases and two pieces of hand luggage. Each class shows its own fare when you choose a vehicle.

Yes. A return pickup from the airport is a separate booking from your outward transfer, so you can choose Executive for either journey or both. For the pickup, add your flight number and the airport you’re flying from, so we can plan around the time you land.
At Heathrow Terminals 2, 3 and 5, yes, whichever class you book. At other airports, a personal welcome in Arrivals can be arranged where the airport allows it. Yes. Book online or by phone with the traveller’s details, including a mobile number they’ll have with them when they travel.
