Cambridge Airport Transfers
Travelling to or from a London airport?
Fleeyo arranges private transfers for both parts of your trip: a drop-off for your departure, and a pickup when you fly home. You can arrange your airport departure and book the return pickup as a separate journey, either in advance or closer to your travel date.
Your pickup can be a home, hotel, college or workplace, or another address agreed for your booking. Customers use the service for holidays, business trips and family visits, and organisations book it for guests arriving in Cambridge. You can read more about how our airport transfer service works.

Fixed fare before you book
Your fare is calculated from your journey details and shown in full before you confirm, including the airport’s standard drop-off or pickup charge. There’s no meter, so ordinary traffic doesn’t change the price.
Arranged in advance
On-demand transport is requested for an immediate pickup. A Fleeyo journey is planned ahead instead, with the pickup address, time and vehicle set when you book.

How Booking Works
Booking takes a few steps on our booking page, and the full fare for your chosen vehicle is shown before you confirm.

Add your pickup address and destination, then the date and the time you’d like to be picked up.

Choose your vehicle
Tell us how many passengers and suitcases you have, then choose Comfort, Estate or Executive. Your fixed fare is shown for the vehicle you select.

Add your details
Give the passenger’s name and mobile number. For an airport pickup, add your flight number and the airport your flight departs from. Anything your driver should know, such as a meet and greet request, goes in the notes.

Confirm and travel
Check your journey details and confirm your booking online. Your driver meets you at the pickup location agreed for your booking.
Airport Drop-Offs and Pickups
Travelling to the airport and returning after a flight are arranged a little differently.
Going to the airport
Your driver picks you up at the address and time agreed for your booking and takes you to the drop-off area for your terminal. At airports with more than one terminal, include your flight details or terminal when you book, so the drop-off is planned for the right one.
Being picked up after your flight
When you book, give your flight number and the airport your flight departs from. We use these to identify your flight and, where arrival information is available, to plan your pickup around the time you actually land.
Meeting your driver
Pickup arrangements depend on the airport, the terminal and what’s included in your booking. You and your driver keep in touch by phone or text to confirm the agreed meeting point, so keep your phone switched on once you land. If you’d like to be met inside the terminal, ask when you book: at some airports and terminals this is part of the standard pickup, and at others it can be arranged in advance.

Need more room for luggage?
All three classes carry up to four passengers, so the choice usually comes down to luggage and the standard of car. Estate has the largest listed luggage allowance. Comfort suits most airport trips, and Executive is a higher-specification car with the same listed luggage allowance as Comfort.

Our standard class for everyday airport travel. Suits solo travellers, couples and small groups with standard luggage.

Executive

Arranging airport travel for a colleague or visitor?
Business transfers are often booked by someone other than the traveller: a PA, an office manager, a reception team or a colleague. You can book online or by phone. Give the traveller’s own name and mobile number so the driver can reach them on arrival. Where needed, we can keep both of you informed.
