For arrivals, drivers follow the airport’s “Pick-Up” signs to a designated area close to the terminal, and you make a short walk from the terminal to meet your driver there. The Pick-Up area is charged and cashless, so your driver waits nearby until you are ready and then comes to the agreed pickup point. The applicable standard pickup charge is included in your fare.

Cambourne Park used to be called Cambourne Business Park, and some signs still show that name. Its buildings are numbered, so include the company name and building number for a pickup or drop-off there.

Cambourne does not have a railway station of its own, so a public transport journey to London City starts with reaching a rail or bus connection elsewhere. The onward journey usually involves one or more changes before you reach the airport, which is served by the DLR from its own station.

If your plans change, cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Between 24 and 6 hours before pickup a 30% cancellation charge applies, and under 6 hours it is 50%. Once the driver has been dispatched, no refund is available. The full terms are on our cancellation and refunds page.
