Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. Your airline and flight decide which one you use, so check it on your booking or in Heathrow’s terminal guides. Give us your flight number or terminal when you book, and your driver takes you to the drop-off area outside that terminal.
If your terminal changes, tell us before you travel and we update the booking. Heathrow applies a terminal drop-off charge for each visit, and the standard charge is included in your confirmed fare.
Heathrow is to the west of London, a long journey from Newmarket, so your pickup time matters. We set your pickup time from your flight time, your terminal and your address, then confirm it with you in advance. If you’d like to reach the airport earlier than we suggest, tell us and we plan around that.
Check your airline’s own check-in and bag-drop deadlines, particularly for a long-haul flight, and tell us your flight time rather than the time you’d like to leave. Journey times vary with traffic, and weekday mornings and late afternoons are slower.

Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall and helps with your luggage to the car. Meeting you inside is part of every pickup at these terminals, and it’s included in your fare. Meeting points differ by terminal, so your driver calls or texts shortly after you land to confirm yours.
Terminal 4 currently uses different pickup arrangements, following the closure of its multi-storey car park. For a quick pickup, your driver can wait with the car in the Priority Pick-Up area right outside the Terminal 4 arrivals hall. Where your booking includes meeting you inside the terminal, your driver can use the Terminal 4 Park & Ride and its shuttle bus to reach Arrivals. Your meeting point is confirmed for your booking. Passport control and baggage reclaim can take a while after an international arrival. Message your driver once you’re through with your luggage, and the pickup goes ahead from there. A monitored flight delay on its own doesn’t change your confirmed fare.
