Newmarket to London City Airport Taxi & Transfers

For the journey to the airport

• the flight time, so we can set the pickup time and confirm it in advance;
• the traveller’s own name and mobile number.

For the pickup at London City

• the flight number and where the traveller is flying from, so we can identify the correct flight;
• the address they’re going to, whether that’s home, an office, a hotel or a yard;
• whether they’d like to be met inside the terminal, which is quoted with the booking.

Drop-off

Your driver takes you to the forecourt directly in front of the terminal building, and the entrance is a few steps away. The forecourt is for quick drop-offs, so you step out with your luggage and walk straight in. The standard drop-off charge for your booked journey is included in your confirmed fare.

Pickup

Your driver meets you at the airport’s signed Pick-Up area in the on-site car park, a short walk from the terminal; follow the Pick-Up signs. We monitor your flight where tracking is available. Your driver calls or texts after you land, waits nearby and comes to the Pick-Up area once you message to say you have your luggage.

Meeting inside

Meeting you inside the terminal can be arranged, and it’s quoted with your booking. If it’s included, it’s arranged in advance and confirmed with you.

Your fare depends on your address in or around Newmarket, the direction of travel, the date and time, and the vehicle you choose.
