Pre-booked airport taxi and transfers between Newmarket and London Gatwick, to and from North and South Terminals. Your fixed fare is shown before you confirm your booking.
Gatwick has two passenger terminals, and your airline decides which you use. Gatwick’s which-terminal checker lists airlines by terminal. Give us yours, or your flight number, when you book.
For a departure, your driver takes you to the designated drop-off area on the forecourt outside your terminal, a short walk from check-in. If you need to change terminals at the airport, Gatwick’s free inter-terminal shuttle links the two.
Gatwick is the farthest of the five airports we serve from Newmarket, south of London. The route depends on traffic. It may use the Dartford Crossing or the western side of the M25, so your driver chooses it on the day. If the route uses the Dartford Crossing, the applicable charge is included in your confirmed fare.
Because of the distance, we set your pickup time from your flight time, your terminal and your address, and confirm it with you in advance. For an early morning departure, that can mean a very early pickup. If you’d like more time at the airport than we suggest, tell us and we plan around it.
Book your Gatwick to Newmarket pickup before you fly. Give us your flight number, where you’re flying from and your arrival terminal, so we can identify the correct flight. We monitor your flight where tracking is available, and your pickup is planned around your arrival.
Standard Gatwick pickups use the pick-up areas in the airport’s Short Stay car parks, a short walk from Arrivals:
Your driver calls or texts after you land to confirm the arrangement, waits nearby and comes to the agreed pickup point once you message to say you have your luggage. Where your booking includes meeting you inside the terminal, your driver parks in the Short Stay car park and meets you in Arrivals. Gatwick’s own picking up page has current maps and directions.
Your fare is worked out for your journey: your address in or around Newmarket, the direction of travel, your terminal, the date and time, and the vehicle you choose. Enter your journey to see your exact fare before confirming your booking.
Your confirmed fare includes the standard airport charges for the normal booked journey: Gatwick’s drop-off charge when we take you to the airport, and the standard pickup parking charge when we pick you up. Once you confirm, the fare is fixed for the agreed journey, and neither traffic nor a monitored flight delay on its own changes it. Changes you ask for after booking can affect the fare, and our cancellation and refunds policy sets out the terms.
